When we find the perfect rental home, we will work, through the required steps. These steps include:
· Completing an application
· Pay a non-refundable processing fee for your credit report, rental history and or background check
· Negotiate rent, possessions and terms of your lease move-in and lease terms at time of application
· Pay required fees and deposits in certified funds
· Sometimes an earnest money deposit is required to hold the property at the time of the application submission
